Responsibilities

• Apply and respect group safety standards on-site
• Manage customer orders, phone calls, and payment processing
• Manufacture concrete in compliance with quality standards
• Organize concrete deliveries and manage driver schedules
• Manage raw material stocks
• Perform routine maintenance of the site and equipment
• Coordinate with support services including safety, quality, maintenance, and sales administration

Requirements

• Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and product ranges
• Ability to perform first-level mechanical maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate malfunctions
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Rigor, concentration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in construction (BTP) or mechanics is a plus
