Responsibilities

• Manufacture concrete according to requested formulas and monitor quality
• Track customer orders with sales teams and coordinate deliveries with mixer truck drivers
• Manage raw material supplies to ensure continuous plant operation
• Monitor plant functionality and assist maintenance teams with upkeep
• Enforce site safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Bac level education
• Highly organized and autonomous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a field/site environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in construction, public works, civil engineering, maintenance, or mechanics
