Conducteur de Centrale à Bétons en alternance (H/F) - CDD 9 mois

Responsibilities

• Manufacture concrete according to requested formulas and monitor quality
• Track customer orders with sales teams and organize deliveries with mixer truck drivers
• Manage raw material supplies to ensure continuous plant operation
• Monitor plant functionality and coordinate maintenance with technical teams
• Enforce site safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bac level education
• Organized and autonomous mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in construction, civil engineering, maintenance, or mechanics is preferred
