About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized organizational leadership for the Center for Community Standards
  • Develop, identify, and implement policies related to board member management and hearing scheduling
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the Center for Community Standards in alignment with university policies
  • Manage a complex caseload and incident report intake
  • Interpret university policies and serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and campus partners regarding conduct processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of professional work experience in student services or a related field (a Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience)
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Human Development, Criminal Justice, or a related field
  • Experience interacting with college-aged students in a professional setting
