Condominium Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
• Handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management
• Prioritize and conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio
• Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors
• Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings, and follow up with accurate minutes
• Administer financial matters including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice coding

Requirements

• Condominium Management General or Limited License
• 3 years of experience in Condominiums
• 2 years of experience in Reciprocal and Shared Agreements
• Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act
• Proficiency in Financial and Budgetary Management
• Knowledge of Insurance and Resident/Board of Director Relations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations
