Condo General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across hotel, multi-family, and condo components to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and hospitality
• Serve as the on-site subject matter expert on condo governance, including compliance with bylaws, HOA/board requirements, and meeting facilitation
• Lead property inspections, vendor management, and oversight of capital projects
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, monitor financials, and deliver regular reporting to owners and boards
• Hire, develop, and lead on-site teams across property management, maintenance, and hospitality functions
• Coordinate insurance, risk assessments, and emergency response planning
• Partner with Revenue Management and Distribution teams to optimize asset performance
• Develop and enforce operational procedures to drive consistency across all asset components

Requirements

• CAM license
• 8–10+ years of experience in property management and hospitality
• Deep knowledge of condo governance, including bylaws, board management, and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record managing complex, mixed-use assets
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio
• A hospitality-driven mindset with high service standards
