Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain accurate data records in internal systems
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections to provide high-quality listings and minimize errors
• Collaborate with shuttlers and the wholesale department to streamline logistics and data management

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Valid Ontario G2 Driver’s License or higher
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts (8am to 6pm)
• Ability to work 100% on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in automotive, data capture, or a related field (0-2 years of experience)
