Condition Monitoring Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a Tucson-based team of 6–8 Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMAs)
• Ensure high-quality maintenance and repair recommendations to improve machine uptime and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Partner with deployment teams to plan and execute new site coverage and coverage adjustments
• Collaborate with global condition monitoring teams to develop and implement best practices
• Oversee analytical practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and early detection of machine issues
• Manage recruitment, retention, onboarding, and skills development for the CMA team
• Drive continuous process improvement and establish standard work across all monitoring activities

Requirements

• Extensive experience supporting large earthmoving or mining machines, product support, or condition monitoring
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to assess complex equipment data and identify trends
• Working knowledge of predictive maintenance and reliability engineering
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills for interacting with dealers, customers, and internal partners
• Ability to work full-time onsite at the Tucson Mining Center office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with equipment management strategies and enabling technologies
• Deep technical understanding of the operational aspects of large earthmoving and mining products
• Prior experience in a dealer- or customer-facing role, such as a technical field representative or account manager
