Concrete Technologist and Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints occurring in concrete plants
• Identify causes of defective performance and develop proposals for corrective actions
• Support the development of new concrete recipes and optimize existing ones
• Monitor plant production control tests to ensure compliance with standards
• Organize concrete technology and quality assurance training for employees
• Monitor sampling, storage, and testing results
• Support the practical application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards
• Maintain and support EPD declarations
• Represent the company professionally on key and mobile projects
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments

Requirements

• Degree in Concrete Technology
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Good communication skills
