Concrete Plant & Recycling Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the concrete plant and recycling installations
• Produce concrete according to established recipes and customer orders
• Manage the weighbridge by weighing incoming and outgoing trucks
• Register weights accurately and link them to delivery documents
• Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatching
• Perform daily cleaning of the installation and signal technical malfunctions
• Report defects promptly to the technical department

Requirements

• Technical insight and practical problem-solving skills
• Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Driving license B (experience with wheel loaders is a plus)
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with concrete production or recycling is a plus
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shifts between 05:30-14:00 and 08:30-17:00)
