Concrete Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage concrete production by developing and implementing production schedules to meet deadlines
• Control the quality of manufactured concrete and handle any non-conformities
• Perform visual inspections of essential plant components and plan preventive maintenance
• Diagnose common malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance department
• Manage raw material supply, including stock organization and flow monitoring
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery notes, and vehicle rotation planning
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures, including waste management

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and components
• Mastery of Health & Safety standards and the ability to enforce them
• Ability to manage production planning and anticipate technical anomalies
• Proficiency in operating and monitoring plant capacities
• Previous professional experience in the construction (BTP) or mechanical sectors is a significant plus
