Concrete Plant Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage order intake and validate necessary information for execution
• Oversee production according to schedule, product availability, and delivery equipment while respecting quality standards
• Issue delivery notes and compile end-of-day activity reports
• Welcome and inform customers regarding products and pricing in coordination with the sales team
• Handle customer complaints related to daily deliveries
• Manage and validate the supply and storage of raw materials
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental rules and instructions

Requirements

• CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in maintenance or a TPMCI diploma (Technicien Production Matériaux pour la construction et l’Industrie)
• Ability to work autonomously and respect equipment usage
• Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and rigor
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical certification (low voltage)
• CACES or AFCES loader certification
