Concrete Finisher

Responsibilities

• Pouring, screeding, and finishing various types of concrete
• Safely and effectively using a variety of tools and equipment
• Applying concrete finishing techniques including trowel, broom, stamped, and exposed aggregate
• Operating power trowels and finishing equipment
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
• Placing and tying rebar
• Supporting form carpenters in building forms for benches, sidewalks, walls, and other structures
• Performing basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Maintaining strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Participating in company-required training and performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of concrete finishing experience
• Proficient in operating power trowels
• Skilled in decorative and architectural concrete techniques
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently lift 30–85 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
