Concrete Finisher

Responsibilities

• Prepare and work with concrete mixes to achieve specific requirements for different projects
• Apply concrete finishes to surfaces including sidewalks, floors, walls, and curbs
• Use various tools and equipment to shape, smooth, and polish the concrete surface
• Conduct final inspections to ensure the concrete meets the necessary quality and specifications
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
• Assist in the setup and teardown of forms and shoring as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
• TWIC Card required
• Strong knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
