About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and maintain the lobby area
- Answer main-line switchboard, take messages, and route calls
- Monitor designated emergency panels and alert appropriate staff
- Keep daily records of residents leaving and returning to the community
- Provide administrative support and stay informed about community events
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
