Concierge

Responsibilities

• Recommend and book activities based on guest interests and skill levels
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Record and escalate guest complaints or issues to appropriate staff
• Maintain front desk and bell closet supplies and orderliness
• Coordinate daily needs and special requirements with other departments
• Maintain and settle the daily cash bank
• Assist with emergency and security procedures as directed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of concierge or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Colorado Notary certification
• Intimate knowledge of local mountain and town activities
