About the role
Responsibilities
- Recommend and book activities based on guest interests and skill levels
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Record and escalate guest complaints or issues to appropriate staff
- Maintain front desk and bell closet supplies and orderliness
- Coordinate daily needs and special requirements with other departments
- Maintain and settle the daily cash bank
- Assist with emergency and security procedures as directed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of concierge or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Colorado Notary certification
- Intimate knowledge of local mountain and town activities
