Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and arrivals/departures
• Provide lobby support and guest assistance
• Create seamless guest experiences through personalized service
• Maintain a welcoming environment for leisure and corporate travelers

Requirements

• Warm, confident, and guest-focused approach
• Physical capability to regularly lift and move luggage
• Ability to work in an active, hands-on hotel environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office experience
