About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality concierge and estate management services in line with company and statutory requirements
- Maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation through regular inspections
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and emergency services
- Monitor site security via patrols, CCTV, and access control
- Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections, incidents, and maintenance activities
- Support health and safety policies, audits, and risk assessments
- Assist with refuse management and basic maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in concierge, facilities, estate management, or customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of building security, health and safety, and facilities management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Competent IT skills; experience with CCTV and building management systems is desirable
- Flexibility to work a rota including weekends
