Concierge, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, prospective residents, and vendors
• Act as the face of the property to promote a sense of community and brand presence
• Welcome resident guests and manage after-hours package pickups
• Address resident inquiries and concerns while maintaining professional communication logs
• Assist with on-site and off-site resident events and community initiatives
• Support marketing efforts through social media posting, blogging, and maintaining an internet presence
• Monitor community amenity areas to ensure proper inventory and presentation
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding resident information
• Proactively communicate property issues or concerns to Management

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of related customer service or hospitality experience
• Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
