Concierge Lead - Events

Responsibilities

• Champion the guest experience by managing the presentation, functionality, and atmosphere of all client-facing spaces.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup, A/V coordination, and vended catering logistics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest arrivals, room escorts, and service escalations.
• Train and mentor front-of-house hospitality and reception staff to ensure high service standards.
• Manage workspace readiness and optimize shared environments for a hybrid workforce.
• Utilize scheduling platforms and digital signage to manage bookings and real-time meeting information.
• Conduct regular workspace inspections to ensure all areas are clean, functional, and event-ready.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-of-house role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Professional demeanor and a tech-curious mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate, legal, banking, or hospitality setting.
• Hands-on experience with A/V equipment setup.
