Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and high-end amenities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client stays and welcome guests upon arrival
- Inform guests, respond to requests, and anticipate needs
- Facilitate relations between guests and hotel services or external providers
- Manage incoming and outgoing parcels and mail for guests
- Recommend and contribute to the sale of hotel services
- Propose tailor-made services such as itineraries, activities, and transportation
- Ensure effective information transmission and maintain the hotel's prestigious image
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury establishment
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy
- Discretion and diplomacy
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Opéra or Concierge Organizer software is a plus
