Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and high-end amenities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client stays and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Inform guests, respond to requests, and anticipate needs
  • Facilitate relations between guests and hotel services or external providers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing parcels and mail for guests
  • Recommend and contribute to the sale of hotel services
  • Propose tailor-made services such as itineraries, activities, and transportation
  • Ensure effective information transmission and maintain the hotel's prestigious image

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury establishment
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • Discretion and diplomacy
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Opéra or Concierge Organizer software is a plus
