About the Company
Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering cutting-edge primary and specialty care from the comfort of your home, at our practices in Palm Beach and New York, or wherever you are in the world.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and kindness
- Courier mail and packages through the Institute
- Receive packages and accurately deliver them to addressees
- Run errands outside of office and Institute to purchase items and courier packages
- Maintain office supply store rooms and kitchen supplies in two locations
Requirements
- Cheerful, upbeat, positive and professional demeanor
- Unrelenting passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong English speaking skills with a clear and confident speaking voice
- Ability to use Slack, MS Surface, Gmail, and web browsers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, bend, stoop and reach
