Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests to ensure a memorable stay
• Anticipate guest needs and make informed suggestions regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities
• Act as a hotel ambassador by assisting guests with requests in the lobby and coordinating services
• Maintain open communication with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely, tactful, and professional manner
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, local events, and competitor offerings
• Ensure cleanliness and order in work areas, including the lobby and front drive
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform active movement such as bending or running
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Alice and Opera software
• Proficiency in a second language
