About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
- Coordinate personalized services including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
- Manage community transportation schedules and liaison with the culinary department for meal reservations
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and mail/package distribution
- Maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest sign-in/out logs
- Welcome new residents and families to the community within their first week
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area
Requirements
- Experience in a concierge or customer service role preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, Word, email)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
