About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first and central point of contact for service-related issues
  • Assist residents with reservations for dining, travel, and entertainment
  • Screen incoming calls and manage the in-house mail center
  • Greet and sign in all visitors and provide directions
  • Perform clerical tasks including typing correspondence and managing reports
  • Respond to emergency call systems and building alarms
  • Process work orders and manage office supplies
  • Conduct periodic interior rounds to ensure building security

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one-year experience in a business office environment
  • Working knowledge of multi-line telephone systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and follow up on requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior concierge or hospitality experience
