About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first and central point of contact for service-related issues
- Assist residents with reservations for dining, travel, and entertainment
- Screen incoming calls and manage the in-house mail center
- Greet and sign in all visitors and provide directions
- Perform clerical tasks including typing correspondence and managing reports
- Respond to emergency call systems and building alarms
- Process work orders and manage office supplies
- Conduct periodic interior rounds to ensure building security
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum one-year experience in a business office environment
- Working knowledge of multi-line telephone systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and follow up on requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior concierge or hospitality experience
