Concierge - Bilingual Advisor (French)

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class client service across Live Chat, Phone, and Email in both French and English
• Sell clothing and build client confidence through exceptional styling expertise
• Resolve client inquiries efficiently to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Meet and exceed established performance targets

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and verbal) and Fluent French (written and verbal)
• Ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training during the first two weeks
• Availability to work shifts between 8 AM and 9 PM PST, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to commit to no extended time off from mid-November through January
• Strong aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systems

Preferred Qualifications

• French as a first language
• DALF C1/C2 or CEFRL C1/C2 certification in French
• Previous experience in retail, contact centers, customer service, or hospitality
• An aspirational sense of individual style
