Concierge – Bilingual Advisor (French)

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class client service across Live Chat, Phone, and Email in both French and English
• Provide exceptional selling and styling expertise to build client confidence
• Resolve client inquiries efficiently to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Meet and exceed established performance targets

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and French
• Ability to work shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training during the first two weeks
• Availability to start on Monday, April 13th, 2026
• No extended time off permitted from May through July due to peak sales events

Preferred Qualifications

• French language certification (such as DALF C1/C2 or CEFRL C1/C2)
• French as a first language
• Previous experience in retail, contact centers, customer service, or hospitality
• An aspirational sense of individual style and a passion for fashion
