Concierge - Bilingual Advisor (French)

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class client service across Live Chat, Phone, and Email in both French and English
• Sell apparel and build client confidence through exceptional styling expertise
• Resolve client inquiries efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Meet and exceed established performance targets within a high-performance team

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and French
• French language proficiency (DALF C1/C2 or CEFRL C1/C2 preferred)
• An aspirational sense of individual style
• Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 9 PM PST, including evenings and weekends
• Availability for mandatory training (30 hours per week) during the first two weeks
• Ability to commit to no extended time off from May through July

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, contact centers, customer service, or hospitality
• French as a first language
