Concierge

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the Benchmark culture of Elevating Human Connections with every interaction
• Provide an excellent first impression to residents and guests by projecting a welcoming, professional image
• Function as the central communication hub for residents, visitors, and staff throughout the community
• Manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously through high-level multitasking
• Maintain great attention to detail while remaining observant and intuitive to resident needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for serving people

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment
