About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, directing them according to their needs
  • Manage and follow up on requests for activities and transportation throughout the guest's stay
  • Promote hotel services and Barrière group points of sale
  • Record and control stay-related operations using IT tools in compliance with procedures
  • Prepare itineraries for reserved activities and transport in accordance with hotel standards
  • Stay informed about local news, including restaurants, exhibitions, sports, and outings
  • Proactively and creatively prepare stays and select offers to increase guest satisfaction
  • Participate in updating the list of external partners and service providers
  • Ensure the quality of services related to guest requests
  • Respect Hotel and LQA standards
