Responsibilities
- Ensure physical and telephone reception of guests in accordance with Groupe Barrière standards
- Anticipate guest needs and requests before, during, and after their stay
- Monitor guest well-being throughout their stay to ensure an unforgettable experience
- Propose creative service options and amenities for guests
- Perform various back-office tasks in close collaboration with other hotel departments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
- Operational level of English
