Responsibilities

• Ensure physical and telephone reception of guests in accordance with Groupe Barrière standards
• Anticipate guest needs and requests before, during, and after their stay
• Monitor guest well-being throughout their stay to ensure an unforgettable experience
• Propose creative service options and amenities for guests
• Perform various back-office tasks in close collaboration with other hotel departments

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Operational level of English
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer sensitivity
• Rigor and team spirit
