Responsibilities

• Provide physical and telephone reception services
• Manage guest messages and deliveries
• Anticipate and respond to guest requests and questions
• Inform guests about hotel events and local attractions in Paris and the region
• Supervise and control tasks performed by bellhops and valets
• Oversee luggage flows

Requirements

• Experience as a Concierge or Assistant Concierge in a 5-star or Palace hotel
• Fluency in English
• Strong sense of contact, rigor, and teamwork
• High level of customer sensitivity
