Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Greet guests and build rapport with teammates and visitors
• Answer and route phone calls to appropriate team members
• Manage vendor transactions, deliveries, and package logging
• Act as a liaison between residents and the service team for maintenance requests
• Maintain local area information for residents and manage concierge vendor relationships
• Perform administrative tasks and assist in planning resident events
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and ADA regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Professional and polished presentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager
• Working knowledge of BuildingLink
