Concierge Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, clients, and vendors professionally and manage visitor check-in per security procedures
• Maintain a polished, organized front desk and lobby environment
• Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism
• Provide general office services and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience across all touchpoints

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced front desk environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment
