Concierge Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead reception and concierge services to ensure a seamless and personal guest journey
• Welcome guests in the office lobby and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations
• Manage meeting room bookings using Condeco and MS Outlook, ensuring all AV and catering requirements are met
• Handle internal and external calls professionally using the Cisco telephone system
• Coordinate guest transportation, event arrangements, and external catering requirements
• Provide administrative support, including managing the reception inbox and producing required reports
• Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist hospitality with room setups

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of concierge or reception experience in a customer service environment
• At least 1 year of experience working in a blue-chip office environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Cisco telephone systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal or financial services industries
• Knowledge of Condeco room booking software
• Experience working with third-party vendors
• Operational experience working at prestigious events
