Concierge Agent

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and prioritize client needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with new and existing customers
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Handle complex account opening, funding, and access inquiries with a white-glove approach
• Act as a product and service expert regarding company offerings
• Utilize a consultative approach to guide clients through the customer journey
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments for seamless resolution
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
• Seek feedback for continuous improvement of the customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment
• Proven track record of exceeding goals in high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of or strong interest in financial markets and derivatives trading
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Ability to commute to the Chicago office 5 days per week
• Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 3 licenses within 120 days
