Concierge Agent

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and proactively offer assistance to ensure comfort and satisfaction
• Provide insightful recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, and cultural events
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, excursions, and spa treatments
• Maintain a network of local contacts to secure preferred access for guests
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion
• Manage guest mail, messages, and packages
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B departments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concierge Agent in a luxury hotel
• Exceptional knowledge of Portofino and the Ligurian coast
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and intuitive approach to guest service
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Concierge software and hotel PMS is an advantage
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential
