About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day facility operations to ensure consistency with client and company policies
- Supervise maintenance programs and manage external providers and vendors
- Respond promptly and positively to requests from tenants and occupants
- Support the Assistant Facilities Manager (AFM) with budgets, financial reports, contracts, and purchase orders
- Identify opportunities for facility improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in Integrated Facilities Management
- Experience in corporate office management and operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in event management software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
