Concessions Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and assemble them accurately
• Accept payments via a computerized cash register and balance tills at the end of the day
• Check identification for age-restricted items, such as alcoholic beverages
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe concession area
• Perform basic maintenance on machines and equipment as needed
• Answer customer questions regarding prices, locations, and other items
• Maintain concession stand records and complete daily inventory sheets

Requirements

• Positive customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Ability to use cooking and dishwashing equipment
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or concessions is helpful but not required
