Concession Stand Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions regarding products and pricing in a friendly manner
• Accurately record orders in the POS system and collect cash or credit card payments
• Prepare and serve food and drinks following proper food safety and glove protocols
• Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure the concession stand remains well-stocked
• Perform other duties as assigned to support concession operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s License
• Experience working with a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous cash handling experience
