Concession Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term store goals
• Manage overall store operations and performance
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions regarding stock control to minimize loss
• Ensure promotions, sales, and merchandising instructions meet expected standards
• Take responsibility for recruitment and talent retention
• Conduct regular performance and probation reviews

Requirements

• 2-3 years of management experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
• Proven track record of increasing and improving business performance
• Strong visual and commercial product management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve team and individual goals
