Concession Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Area Manager to achieve business goals, including sales, wage budgets, SPH, UPT, and conversion rates.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing functions and sales floor management.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain high standards for the sales floor and back room.
• Analyze store-level reports to create and implement action plans for improved performance.
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate sales goals and KPIs.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to build a diverse and talented team.
• Drive employee development through consistent training, coaching, and documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience connecting with consumers within a brand retailer environment.
• Proven experience in retail operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on cultivating a sense of belonging.
• Ability to work at pace, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor.
