Concession Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Area Manager to achieve sales and wage budgets, SPH, UPT, and conversion rates
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing functions and sales floor management
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain high standards for the sales floor and back room
• Analyze store-level reports to create and implement action plans for improved performance
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate individual sales goals and KPIs
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and orientation processes to build a diverse team
• Own the training and development of employees through consistent daily and weekly coaching

Requirements

• Extensive experience in retail operations and connecting with consumers in a brand retailer environment
• Proven experience in people management, including conflict resolution and team development
• Strong background in budgeting, planning, and sales management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging within a team
• Ability to work with pace, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor
