Concession Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of retail shop-in-shop business locations and manage regional plans
• Build and develop strong relationships with concession partners, specifically the Macy’s team
• Empower, motivate, and develop Shop Associates and Managers within your assigned region
• Develop strategic plans to drive incremental sales by identifying merchandise and inventory opportunities
• Manage stock levels, inventory management, and loss prevention policies to minimize loss
• Ensure consistent Customer Service and Visual Merchandising standards across all market locations
• Implement local marketing initiatives and manage shop events to drive profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing retail talent

Requirements

• 3+ years of management and leadership experience
• Multi Door retail experience
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
• Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
