Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of ideas, concepts, and themes for events, campaigns, and internal initiatives
• Craft compelling narratives, decks, and scripts for client presentations to support business development
• Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across digital and on-ground formats
• Partner with design, digital, and delivery teams to translate ideas into visual storytelling
• Contribute to ideation and copywriting for social media content and employer branding
• Research cultural, consumer, and category trends to infuse concepts with relevance

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, English, or Marketing
• 4–6 years of experience in creative copywriting, brand communication, or experiential marketing
• Experience with integrated campaigns (digital + on-ground) and B2B/B2C brands
• Proven track record in leading pitches, script writing, and concept presentations
• Strong command of written English and ability to simplify complex ideas into narratives
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
