Concepteur et dessinateur Moules d'injection plastique

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and evolve plastic injection and ZAMAK molds for high-volume production
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using CAD software (CREO)
• Analyze technical specifications and requirements to ensure product compliance and industrial robustness
• Collaborate with production, machining, and testing teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements
• Manage technical documentation, including plans, reports, and technical data sheets
• Monitor technological trends to propose optimizations for manufacturing and design processes

Requirements

• Bac +2 to Bac +5 in mechanical engineering or industrial product design
• Mastery of 3D CAD software (experience with CREO is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of injection molding, ZAMAK, and industrial manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in technical drawing standards
• Knowledge of machining techniques, mold fabrication, and surface treatment technologies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mold design or a similar field preferred
