Systems Evolution, Inc. (SEI) is a consulting firm that operates differently from traditional models. Our consultants take an active role in building and managing our business, contributing to business development, hiring, and internal brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Turn client ideas into tangible, impactful results using innovative design and delivery approaches
• Provide delivery leadership for large-scale, complex initiatives by aligning key stakeholders
• Leverage design thinking methods to facilitate problem definition and solution design
• Develop solution fidelity through rapid prototyping and agile feedback loops
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, budget, and development
• Enable organizational adoption of new solutions through effective change management strategies

Requirements

• Demonstrated business and technology acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience solving real business problems and a proven track record of delivering results
• Experience working with or leading a team
• Ability to work across various industries, roles, functions, and technologies
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Experience across SEI service offerings such as Design Thinking, Product Management, or Change Management
