Concept Development Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute opportunity evaluations by generating screening concepts and developing technical, execution, and commercial bases
• Identify, characterize, and communicate critical value drivers, risks, and uncertainties for new projects
• Develop and maintain economic models to support business decisions and test potential project outcomes
• Coordinate multi-functional teams to reduce uncertainty and progress opportunities through decision gates
• Represent recommended courses of action to senior decision makers and external stakeholders
• Support the Select Stage Manager by evaluating development alternatives aligned with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Geoscience with a CGPA of 6 or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, LNG, or hydrocarbon industry
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
• Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru, India
