Computer User Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to computer users regarding hardware and software utilization
• Perform both technical and non-technical maintenance of the company's IT systems
• Conduct research and development to improve internal IT systems
• Assist in the implementation of latest IT system upgrades on both local and national scales
• Deliver training, education, and socialization to users to ensure effective use of IT technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a highly satisfactory academic record
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access)
• Knowledge of basic hardware configuration, LAN, and WAN
• Skills in Windows scripting and basic programming techniques
• Willingness to be placed in Jakarta, Kudus, Semarang, Bandung, or Surabaya
