Computer Systems Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Analyze business or scientific problems for resolution through electronic data processing
• Maintain and modify complex systems or develop new subsystems for production, operations, or inventory control
• Guide users in formulating requirements and advise on data processing system implications
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend optimum system design approaches
• Provide technical support and organize computer operation cycles
• Investigate and resolve non-standard irregularities and complex error situations
• Manage network infrastructure including enterprise switches and server room rack installation
• Configure and maintain network protocols such as TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, and BGP
• Perform physical layer implementation including copper and fiber optic cabling
• Integrate diverse communication systems like microwave, RF radio, and precision timing into network architecture

Requirements

• CompTIA Sec+
• 10+ years of job-related experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in systems analysis techniques and software/hardware troubleshooting
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to lead junior team members in complex assignments
• Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)

• Associates degree
